Projects can only be successfully delivered by people who take responsibility and work with flexibility and commitment. That is why we place great importance on trust, mutual appreciation and a respectful working environment. For us, this also includes fair working conditions and attractive employee benefits.
What We Offer
We offer a fair base salary along with attractive additional compensation for project-related travel and site work. International projects and deployments abroad present unique challenges. They require flexibility and a willingness to travel, but they also provide the opportunity to gain new insights and valuable experience. We recognize and reward your commitment on project sites through attractive additional compensation, including double daily allowances.
As part of our benefits package, we provide a company car for both business and personal use. This gives you the flexibility to stay mobile, whether at work or in your private life.
We place great importance on long-term security and employee well-being. That is why we offer an attractive company pension scheme, providing additional financial security for your future.
We offer 30 days of annual leave, giving you plenty of time to relax, recharge and pursue your personal interests between projects.
A healthy work-life balance is important to us. With a 37-hour work week, you have plenty of time for family, friends and personal interests alongside your professional responsibilities. At the same time, we offer a working environment that supports both your professional and personal development.
